All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing may take 5-10 business days. We will notify you of any delays.
2. Discreet Packaging & Privacy(核心)
100% neutral, unmarked packaging: No product images, brand names, or suggestive wording on outer or inner boxes.
Return address uses a generic shipping company name (no reference to “adult” or “intimate products”).
Contents are declared as “personal wellness items” / “massage tools” for customs purposes.
Your privacy is our top priority—no one will know what’s inside your package.

Express Shipping: 7-15 business days | $9.99
Free Standard Shipping on orders $50+ (U.S. only)
🌍 International Shipping (Selected Countries)
We ship to Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and most of Latin America.
International Standard: 7–20 business days | $9.99 flat rate
International Express: 7–15business days | $19.99
Import duties & taxes: International customers are responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Track your package anytime via our website or the carrier’s official site.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to countries where adult/intimate wellness products are prohibited by law.
Customers must be 18+ (or age of majority in your country) to order.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the shipping date—we will reship or refund at no extra cost.
If your item arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
